How to use it
Opening Duet lands the whole shot on the stage — the pose, the camera, the backdrop, the light and the square 1:1 frame. Drop your own screenshot onto a display and everything else stays where it is.
The camera and the finish are still yours to move afterwards, and ⌘Z takes the template back off. It is sized for feed posts and thumbnails.
Every template uses a free backdrop, so applying one never ends at an upgrade prompt. Exports on the free plan carry a small watermark; Pro removes it and unlocks 4× stills and video.
